Student Ministry Opportunities

Our Student Ministry engages 6th through 12th grade students in the pursuit of a growing relationship with Christ. Our focus is on teaching and equipping them to live their faith everyday as they grow toward adulthood. Working closely with the Children’s and Adult Ministries, we create opportunities for students to serve and grow as an important part of our congregation.  E-mail with questions or requests for more information.

Bible Study

Students meet for Sunday Bible groups in Education South every Sunday morning at 9:15 am and on Wednesday nights in the Youth Center at 6:15 pm. Whether experiencing the study as a large group or divided into small groups, it is a time of equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to live a Godly life.

Summer Camp

Always a big event, camp gives our students an opportunity for new friends, new experiences, and new commitments to following Christ. Camp location, dates, and times will post in News and Events as the event draws near.

Our Fall Retreat is coming up soon!

The retreat is November 15th-17th at Lake Tomahawk Camp.

Registration Information:

Registration for the retreat will open on September 12th. The cost will be $85 if you register before the end of September, and then $100 afterwards. Scholarships applications will be available if needed. If families are registering multiple students in one family, there is a $20 discount per student.

There are also some cool rewards for registering quickly!

The first four students who register will be part of a special group called the "Fall Five" and will get a special youth group hoodie and special experiences at the retreat such as eating first in line, choosing where to sit in the cars on the way to camp, and more. The fifth member of the "Fall Five" will be a student randomly chosen. However, to be included in the drawing to be the fifth member of the "Fall Five", the student must have turned their registration in by the end of September.

If a student brings a friend on the retreat who is not a church member, then they and their friend get a bonus entry for being the fifth member of the "Fall Five"! This can be done with as many non-church member friends as possible.

Anyone who registers by the end of September will get a retreat T-shirt. We will hand out forms for those who want to register with a paper form and will also have online registration for those who wish to register online.

We will begin accepting online and paper registrations at 10 AM on September 12th. The first four registrations received will be the first four of the "Fall Five". The link to register is below. It will open at 9:58 AM on 9-12-19.
