Called Business Meeting

November 18th @ End of Morning Worship

Our Master Plan & building Committee re-quested a special called business meeting. The purpose is to approve the new building design and L.E. Beavers Corporation as our Design Builder & Construction Contractor. Must be a member & present to vote. This meeting will not be to approve any financial obligation of the church. That will be deter-mined at a late date and brought to us by the MP&BC and the Finance Committee.

Coat & Blanket Drive

November 11th – December 16th

Collecting gently used coats, blankets & new socks to be distributed to the church in Port Isabel. There is a large box in church foyer to put your items in.

11th – Thanksgiving Meal @ Noon in the Fellowship Hall
14th – Organize cans for Food Baskets @ 6pm
17th – Food Basket Pickup @ 8am – Noon
22nd – Thanksgiving Day
